A Flight Based operations company was looking for ways to improve communication between pilots and front office operation while increasing speed to deliver monthly usage statements to customers.

Our strategy included two parts with the first being a mobile application where the aircraft crews could enter vital aircraft and flight information but record purchases and store receipt images. The second piece was a web application that would allow operation administrators to manage aircraft, customers and schedule flight crews including usage statements and other critical reports.
